Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our cancellation/rescheduling policy when booking your appointments with us!

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

At Salon Midtown we value the time and work of our service providers. Should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. Appointments modified or cancelled less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100%. Thank you for understanding.

This policy exists to protect and compensate not only the business, but our hardworking service providers who earn a commission per service. When cancellations occur with short notice, it creates gaps in the schedule that are not always able to be refilled. Our stylists rely on a consistent schedule to earn their income. Without your patronage, we wouldn’t be here!

Overall, our cancellation policy helps ensure fair compensation for our stylists, helps our salon operate efficiently, and enhances the overall client experience.
